Project Overview:

This remodel focused on upgrading the guest house bathroom to achieve a clean, modern aesthetic while maintaining a functional layout. The design integrates an aqua finish porcelain wall tile, triple shampoo niches, and a linear drain, resulting in a seamless,
contemporary look.

Key Features:

• Vanity: A custom solid walnut double-sink vanity adds a warm, natural touch to the
  modern design.
• Shower Glass: ¼-inch ultra-clear glass was installed to create an open, airy feel,
  enhancing both light flow and visibility.
• Shower Bench: A built-in seating bench was added to offer extra comfort and
  convenience.
• Smart Toilet: A multi-functional, touch-free toilet for added convenience and
  modern luxury.

Objectives:

The goal was to create a guest bathroom that balances elegance with functionality. This remodel aimed to deliver a fresh, spa-like experience with high-end materials and features, ensuring the space feels both luxurious and practical. The integration of modern
elements such as the smart toilet and custom shower features elevates the bathroom’s overall appeal while optimizing comfort and ease of use for guests.
