Project Overview:

This comprehensive remodel focused on transforming the kitchen, living room, and flooring throughout the house. Key upgrades included new water supply and sewer systems, along with complete electrical rewiring for both the kitchen and living areas. The kitchen now features durable solid maple cabinets, while the living room boasts a custom-built bookshelf system and a new fireplace insert for added warmth and character.

Key Features:

• Electrical: Upgraded both the main and sub-panels to support modern appliances
  and lighting.
• Flooring: Installed 5-inch wide, unfinished white oak flooring throughout the entire
  house, adding a timeless and cohesive look.

Objectives:

The goal was to create a modern, functional kitchen paired with a cozy, inviting living room
space. This included not only enhancing aesthetics but also ensuring the space is built for
